About Us
Haimen City Mingzhu Steel Ball Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer of precision steel balls in China. The company was founded in 1992 and is located in Haimen City with convenient transportation. It takes only two hours’ driving from Shanghai. Thanks to the wide experience, we keep providing high-quality steel balls with the good service to meet the requirement of our customers. Besides the domestic market, our steel balls also export to many countries like USA, Korea, Italy, Germany, Latin America, etc.
Now the company has 105 sets of processing equipment, with an annual output of 7,000 tons. Balls are used to precision transmission equipment such as: ball bearing, ball screw slider; and automotive parts, medical equipment, fluid valves, beauty makeup industry.
We obtained the Certificate of Quality Management systems ISO9001:2008 and Quality Management System specification for the automotive industry IATF 16949:2016. 11 national utility patents both for steel ball technics and manufacturing machine have been granted.
Since the establishment, We has consistently adhered to the principle of quality assurance, and put the quality of products in the most important position. A complete management system is established. Especially the inspection and tracking system from raw materials to finished products.
All the produced steel balls are 100% sorted by the roller bar and 100% of the photoelectric surface defect detector to ensure the quality.
The company has a complete set of sophisticated inspection instruments:Rockwell hardness tester, Vickers hardness tester, crushing load machine, roughness meter, roundness meter, diameter comparator, metallographic microscope, vibration detector.
We specialize in manufacturing steel balls:
● Chrome steel balls (100Cr6/100CrMn6, etc.);
● Stainless steel balls (440C/420C/304/316, etc.);
● Carbon steel balls (1015/1010, etc.)
Range from 1/8"(3.175mm) to 1-1/2"(38.10mm) and grade form G10 to G1000, complying with Standards AISI, ASTM, DIN, JIS, NF, BS.
We also offer other special services according to Customized requirements under special orders:
● Nickel-plated, brass-plated, copper-plated, etc balls
● Etched or CNC engraved, custom pattern/logo on ball surface
